Vicious Cycle
Type: Passive
Locations: Curse Rooms, Devil Rooms, Demon Beggars, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Curse Rooms, Greed Mode Devil Rooms
Description: Devil Rooms will restock their items after you take them.
Voracious Vice
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Demon Beggars, Ultra Secret Rooms, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms
Description: +1 HP up, +2 Tears up, + 0.5 Speed up, and +0.2 Shot Speed up. Pills now strongly gravitate towards you, and any pills that you are holding are instantly consumed regardless of effect.
Pill Spill
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Secret Rooms, Crane Games, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Shops, Greed Mode Secret Rooms
Description: All pills are replaced with a single, randomly selected pill type.
Devil's Food
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Curse Rooms, Red Chests, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Shops, Greed Mode Secret Rooms
Description: +2 red hearts and +2 black hearts. Angel Rooms will no longer appear after boss fights, as they will be replaced by Devil Rooms.
Cursed Floor Tile
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Devil Rooms, Demon Beggars, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Devil Rooms
Description: Entering Curse Rooms grants three permanent, randomly selected stat boosts. These stat boosts are cumulative, meaning this effect will stack if more than one Curse Room is visited in a single run.
Countercurse Mantra
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Boss Rooms, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Shops
Description: While on a floor with a curse, you receive +1.1 Damage up and +0.45 Speed up, plus any soul hearts that appear are replaced with black hearts.
D111
Type: Active
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Crane Games, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Shops
Description: On use, replaces the floor's current curse with a randomly selected one, with a chance to remove curses instead. If a curse is removed this way, it spawns a chest.
Boo-Boo!
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Crane Games, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Secret Rooms
Description: Whenever an enemy hurts you, they're added to a list of enemies that lasts for the current floor. While you are in a room with any enemy on the list, you receive +3 Tears up that can go beyond the normal Tears cap by 1. When encountering any enemy on the list, there is also a chance to spawn half of a red heart. Rarely, this will spawn half of a soul heart instead.
Goiter Gulp
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Golden Chests, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Secret Rooms
Description: The first consumable item you're holding while you have this item will be removed, without triggering its effect. However, there will permanently be a chance to trigger the consumed item's effect whenever you take damage.
Molting Baby
Type: Familiar
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Curse Rooms, Red Chests, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms
Description: When entering a room, has a chance to spawn 1-3 Dead Bird familiars that deal 2 damage per tick. This familiar will always spawn birds when entering a Boss Room. This familiar will spawn a Filigree Feather upon entering an Angel Room. When entering a Devil Room, this familiar will spawn a Black Feather, a random worm trinket, or a black heart.
Black/White Card
Type: Card
Description: On use, this card will halve your current red hearts, soul/black hearts, coins, bombs, keys, active item charge, and blue flies/spiders. It will then spawn a pedestal item from the Angel Room item pool, and one from the Devil Room item pool. Only one of the spawned items can be taken.
Insta-Buddy
Type: Pill
Description: On use, spawns a friendly enemy with 25% more health, who will follow you between rooms and floors. The type of enemy has a 50% chance to be based on the current floor or one of its variants. Otherwise, it is based on a lesser floor.
Ambush!
Type: Pill
Description: On use, spawns a hostile enemy with 80% more health, who will follow you between rooms and floors. The type of enemy has a 50% chance to be based on the current floor or one of its variants. Otherwise, it is based on a lesser floor.
Ripped Dollar
Type: Trinket
Description: While held, any Shops that haven't already been visited are guaranteed to contain a Greed/Super Greed encounter.
Possessed Baby
Type: Familiar
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Curse Rooms, Devil Rooms, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms, Greed Mode Devil Rooms
Description: This familiar's head continually spins around, and will fire a rapid, rotating 8-directional spray of tears while you're firing. Its tears deal 3.5 damage each.
Katar
Type: Active
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Secret Rooms, Crane Games, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms
Description: Fires a fast blade tear that deals 25 damage. If this kills a non-boss enemy, turns them into a pedestal item with a Devil Deal price. Taking the item will grant a friendly, respawning version of that enemy for the rest of the run.
Mysterious Eye
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Crane Games, Greed Mode Treasure Rooms
Description: Every eighth tear you fire will be a homing, slowing eyeball tear that has extra range and splits into four smaller tears on impact.
Gross Finger
Type: Trinket
Description: Whenever you take damage, applies fear to nearby enemies. However, whenever this effect triggers (and successfully applies fear), there is a 16% chance for this trinket to be removed from your inventory and deleted.
Gray Card
Type: Card
Description: Converts your health to two equal halves of red & soul hearts, adding or removing heart containers to do so. If you already have equal amounts of red & soul hearts, grants +1 Damage up and spawns a doubled penny, a doubled bomb, and a key ring.
Soul of Armoniel
Type: Rune
Description: Converts your health to an equal amount of soul hearts. On the current floor, as well as the next one, all pedestal items you encounter will be from the Devil Room item pool.
Magic Bone
Type: Rune
Description: Turns all pickups & chests in the current room into bone orbitals or friendly bony enemies.
Boline
Type: Active
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Secret Rooms, Crane Games, Greed Mode Secret Rooms
Description: Removes two heart containers & adds a broken heart, and duplicates all pickups/pedestal items in the current room.
Lasery Eye
Type: Trinket
Description: Grants a stationary familiar that remains in the center of the room, continuously firing a laser in one of four cardinal directions.
Meatloaf
Type: Passive
Locations: Treasure Rooms, Shops, Crane Games, Greed Mode Shops
Description: +1 red heart, and heals an extra red heart. Whenever you take damage, there is a chance to spawn a charmed meaty enemy for the current room.

Q : Is this compatible with co-op?
A : It should be! Everything has been designed/reworked with the possibility of multiple players in mind. While this has been tested, the testing wasn't exactly extensive.
Q : Do I need to unlock certain vanilla content before this mod can use it?
A : No, you don't. Content from this mod can provide indirect access to locked vanilla content.
