Replaces the question mark for items for curse of the blind.

This is a simple mod that replaces the image for the red question mark while cursed with the "Curse of the blind" with Annoying Dog from Undertale!

Works in both Rebirth and Afterbirth!

I have made a mod for Curse of the Lost but unable to do one for Curse of the Unknown because it removes the heart from the hud completely. The mod for Curse of the Lost is called "Curse of the Lost Dog"

it would be doable, you'd need to change the ui_hearts file (making it incompatible with other heart mods)

Oddly appropriate. Nice. Is there any chance of expanding to Curse of the Unknown and have it laying down on where your hearts should be?
