In the Binding of Isaac Afterbirth you can now get the lost by dying in a sacrifice room while holding the missing poster.

Isaac starts with the compass, treasure map and the missing poster.

----------How to install----------
First, open the .rar file, and drag the player.xml file inside in the resource folder of you The binding of isaac rebirth folder.
This folder is found here:

Windows: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/resources/

Mac:~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/the binding of isaac/The Binding Of Isaac.app/Content/Resources/resources/ and then die in a sacrifice room!

the easiest way to get the lost on AB+ is to die to mom as judas.

Im using afterbirth and just dragged it in and boom it worked perfectly well i unlocked him after impaling my self on a pit of spikes in a sacrificial room and now im a happy chappy

when I drag a mod folder in the resource folder, the game don't detect it, does anyone knows why it does that?

I've been trying to use this mod to unlock The Lost but it doesn't seem to be working. I've followed the directions exactly as posted but nothing changes. Does this mod not work with Afterbirth Plus?

i uninsalled afterbirth + and tried it and it worked, then i reinstalled it and it just doesnt work in afterbirth +

You can no longer get achievements (The Lost) while using mods in AB+ . You should uninstall AB+ and use just AB.

This mod helped me a lot with the missing poster, since I already beat the Lamb, I had the most trouble with finding the missing poster, I didn't even know what it looked like until I found this mod.

The only reason I'm gonna cheat is cause the game cheated me when i was finally gonna sacrifice myself properly, only to get teleported to a freaking boss fight with half a heart left

I don't know if this is too late, but do you have the DLC? Sacrificing yourself with the missing poster only works in Afterbirth.

Yeah, I have Afterbirth, just I couldn't buy it on Steam, so I have the Afterbirth update from a website, and Rebirth from Steam.

Why does everyone keep saying he is stupid? Yeah, not only the legit way to unlock him has a chance to never unlock him, but the character is made for completionist and people really looking for a challenge.

Before this mod I had everything I needed to unlock him but the sac room dropped a live bomb which killed me and didn't count

I just did it and it worked. I opened the folder from steam library --> Right click on Binding of Isaac --> Properties --> Local files --> Browls Local files --> and than resource foulder just put the file there and it worked. Had to restart til i find sacrifical room

Do you have Afterbirth? BTW have you even unlocked Missing Poster? BTW, the room with the spikes in the middle is a sacrifice room, a curse room is the one you taking damage when walking in.

Look up sacrifice room then. By unlocking samson and eve you should know what it is.

I feel ya. The only time I've gotten the Missing Poster was when I was in the Dark Room, and surprise surpirse, no Sacrifice rooms.

Make sure that before trying to mod The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth that you do indeed own The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on your current Steam account. Because you don't...

Big thanks. For some reason Lost just disappeared from my character list one day (even though I had unlocked him earlier pre-Afterbirth, which is bullcrap.) Now I don't need to worry about it anymore.
