Item Rooms are now filled with items but, there are pathways that allow you to choose your items better. This mod is great for recovering lost data or just having some fun messing about with synergies. This even works with the daily challenge.

Installation Guide

All you have to do is extract the zip file and put the contents into your The Binding of Isaac Rebirth, resources folder (usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources) and voila your mod has been installed. Now go and mess about with synergies but most of all have fun
