Each character starts with two extra items. Not all items are passive unlocks, so you may need to play more before you unlock the starting items for each character.

How to install

Open file -> put "players" on desktop -> open steam -> right click on The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth icon -> click properties -> local files -> browse local files -> resources -> put the "players" file in resources.
