AlternateRealityGame (ARG) Its a sort of game where cryptic clues are placed either on the internet or in real life to uncover some sort of larger story, in this game's case it was to unlock the keeper

On the character menu sprite sheet keeper is one pixel too low, and so two pixels of his feet show up on the texture of the hard mode blood. It can be fixed by moving it up one pixel or shortening his feet by one pixel.
