Would it be possible to change the sound of the tears hitting an enemy to the Heavy punching an enemy? (Take THIS and THAT! XD)

Would make fighting Mum that much more hilarious :P

it would be cool to have the uber sound when you pick up a heart or have the syringe gun shooting sound for when tears are shot

Owning the game on Steam is no longer required to download mods! All you need to do is login with a Steam account and you're good to go.
