I have this mod extracted into my resource folder and I legally own the game, yet the mod will not work. Any advice on how to fix it?

My mod has some undertale items. But meh, this site hates me mod.

Might as well change all the songs to bonestroule.

Considered it. Theming would be easy due to the obvious themes presented in Undertale itself. Surface, Ruins, Snowdin, Waterfall, The Lava place, the Lab, The Hotel, And that Temple. Theme decisions would be simple. Recreating them is the difficult part.
