Mashes every item into every itempool
This mod mashes all the itempools together so you can get every single item from ever itempool, no matter what item pool it was originally from.
Many have commented that this mod just mimics the chaos item from afterbirth, and on the surface it appears so, but there is a difference.
"As the item does not actually mix or combine item pools, it is possible to quickly deplete smaller item pools and end up with Breakfast. Thus, if Chaos tries to pull from an item pool that is already depleted, it will not pull from a different pool and instead give you Breakfast."[1]
This will also happen with this mod but with but one has to pick up far more items since this mod mixes every single item pool and thus making every item pool huge with every single item in each item pool. Furthermore this mod now fixes the breakfast bug.

- Added support for afterbirth plus
- Fixed the Breakfast bug, so instead every item will be available at all time, even though if you picked it up.

or just put it in resources, i think just in resources, or i have really bad luck, i tested this in the packed and it seemed normal, and there is only 2 places i can think of to put it

Of course if you're playing with Afterbirth you're out of luck since,as daoo21 stated,it's not Afterbirth compatible and will insta-crash. Should work fine on standard Rebirth though.

Nah JK, The best part for me was unlocking the D6 with ??? by getting an insane quad shot doctor fetus run using this!
