- Removed unnecessary code (possibly fixing a bug?)
2: -2 to tear delay, yellow tears
3: 20% + (luck * 5)% chance to shoot two tears instead of once. When this effect is applied to Cain, he also gets +5 range and -2 to tear delay
4: Isaac has red creep, red tears and +1 damage
