Actually, you didn't. To fix this, you're going to want to edit all the sprites on the right-hand side, as these play when Isaac picks up an item. This is because Isaac can walk while picking up an item in Afterbirth, but not in Rebirth.

well, first run the extractor found in the tools folder. Then, rename your packed folder (inside resources) to something like packed_old. Then merge the mod's files with the games files. If your system prompts you to replace some files, then you did it right
