This mod changes a few things.

-Isaac turns into a ghost most likely the haunt.
-Isaac has a purple tongue.
-Isaac has bigger eyes.

This is basicly isaac but you have 1 soul heart.

Pretty hard.

Yeah its a glitch the screenshots for me appear that you cant click them.

If that's what your talking about?

Well for me they're not even there; there's just a black stripe where the screenshots should be.

Owning the game on Steam is no longer required to download mods! All you need to do is login with a Steam account and you're good to go.
