Just learn how to use it. I've had a break from the game and now I even pick up bob's brain. It's not that bad.

So...you want to know how to install?
Well here you go!

Firstly extract everything from the winrar folder that you download.

If you are on Windows open the better item pool folder, inside there should be an itempools.xml

Copy it (or cut it doesn't matter) and paste it into C:/Program filesx86/Steam/steamapps/common/Binding of isaac Rebirth/recources
and you should be good


If you are on mac , then idk
