none of these mods work with afterbirth + you need to go to the workshop

they do work but you need to replace the old sound file (which results in the game not working after each update and requiring a full reinstall)

Owning the game on Steam is no longer required to download mods! All you need to do is login with a Steam account and you're good to go.
