Changes It Lives's design to more closely resemble his appearance in Vanilla Isaac. I might clean up the sprites a little more in a future update, but I'm extremely happy with the current results.
*edit: cleaned up the pixel art, it looks sooo much better (especially the chin). The next update will probably include an alternate version that looks like a mix between vanilla and Rebirth and/or make an alternate VS sprite that matches his battle sprite (The only reason that's not in the main release is because Vanilla and rebirth's VS sprite are identical, and the original purpose was to match Vanilla).

*edit 2: added two variations that more closely resemble the Rebirth boss. Also added the older version for those who are interested. Finally and most importantly I realized that there was a glitch that caused Afterbirth boss icons to not display on the Last Will. This was fixed. The next version will probably make variations on the VS Graphics.

*edit 4: can't believe I forgot this. Now contains It Lives variations for the Final Level.
