This mod makes it so each character has different starting items and I tried changing their name but it didn't work. But Isaac is the baby(has binky and pjs). Cain is the dad(has dad's key and super bum). Maggy is the mom (has mom tranformation). Judas is the druggie(starts with a pill and three syringes). Blue baby is now bob and starts with binky, bob's curse and bob's brain. Eve has finally fully turned to the dark side and now has the pact, the mark, and contract from below. Samsons rage has got the best of him and now he is RAGE(remember name change didn't work so he is just Samson) and starts with lusty blood, taurus, and roid rage for some extra speed. Azazle is now MINI SATAN and starts with full brimstone, maw of the void, the pact, the mark, the pentagram, and abaddon. Lazarus was supposed to have the poop transformation but instead was only able to have two items from that set due to two of the items you need being active items. Eden is Eden. The Lost is now Guppy with no other added items but still has holy mantle of course. Lilith is now LORD OF THE FLIES and has almost all of the fly items *facepalm* lol.
