for those who want more information what was changed i llisted here all items

Treasureroom: Brimstione,Spoon Bender,Inner eye,The sad onion,The Ludovico technique, and Fire Mind.

Shop: all dices. (all costs 15 coins)

Boss: Eden's Blessing, Dr. Fetus, Remote Detonator,Pyromaniac, and Anti gravity.

Devildeal: all this Zodiac items

Angel: spoon bender, the inner eye, Ipecac.

Secret: All Familiars.

RedChest: Polyphemus.

Greedtreasurerooms (not the grey ones): Brimstone,Mutant spider,20/20,Abaddon,Rottenbaby,Spoonbender(3rdTime xD),The inner eye,The sad onion, and the Ludovico technique.

Known Bugs and Credits

When you Play around with the D6 or D100 Too much you might get only Hp up's for the rest of your Run.

It might can happen that the Store only gets sour Milk too.
