SPEAR of Destiny!
An actual Spear! Not a Sword!
Quite the simple mod!
Why? Oh why is the Spear of Destiny a sword?
Well, this has been fixed! Now, instead of the Sword of Destiny,
There is a real, shaped, figured, actual SPEAR!

Gameplay starts around 10 seconds in. The Aforementioned "Main Mod" can be found on my channel but this isn't a shameful plug
*AFTERBIRTH ONLY*
In the zip, just take the resources folder and put it in your folder for the binding of isaac, which is, by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth
It should keep all the files and only replace the ones changed. If it does not, then either undo and try again, or paste the files into each folder as described in the zip.
Manually.
The first method should work.

And a tool for what kind of modding?
For character items, I may use the Character editor, but sometimes I just edit players.xml
