One glitch I saw when Hutts played this is that in the Mega Satan fight, even with ultra greed killed, Mega Satan does not emerge. Infact, I'm fairly certain we will not emerge unless there are NO enemies in the room (including Fire places, and maybe even item pedestals?). I'd advise replacing Ultra Greed with... Oh, I dunno, Hush?
