Should have turned the icon into a piece of poop.

Except Fart Baby is actually a pretty good item since he's basically a free shield.

Maybe, but I still would have preferred an actually useful item like Tech X, magic mushroom, holy mantle, etc... He's nothing I'm gonna continue a lost/keeper run with if he's my first item.

I bet this'll solve some people's problems. Nice mod.
