This mod is for Afterbirth, because the special items changes.
But you can also use it for Rebirth with the wrong special items.
INSTALLATION
Extract the file to your "resources" folder (C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/resources/) and enjoy!

Well, i like this mod because if u imagine IRL binding of isaac then an finding an item room (gold door And some mystic things inside) could be weird... imagining a library makes more sense
