The Binding of Rock: Afterbirth


This mod lets you play as objects in the game such as rocks, pots and more.



Characters:



Rock:
-Leo, The D6, Stud Finder

Pot:
-Piggy Bank, Spiderbbaby

Tinted Rock:
-Lucky Foot, Shiny Rock

Bomb Rock:
-Dr. Fetus, Incubus, Curse of the Tower, Can't shoot

Poop:
-The Poop, E. Coli, Petrified Poop

Mushroom:
-The Black Bean, Liberty Cap

Spike Block:
-Roid Rage, Bloody Lust, Aries, Callus

Skull:
-Dry Baby, Host Hat, Medium-Ranged Brimstone

Red Poop:
-The Virus, one extra life

Metal Block:
-The D6, Gnawed Leaf, Holy Mantle, can be one-hit by anything

Corny Poop:
-Friend Zone, Incubus, Can't Shoot

Polyp:
-The Wiz, Inner Eye, Toothpicks, Anemic, Harlequin Baby, Store Key

- Bugs fixed

- Removed Rock starting with Tech X, oops

- Added charge bar for Tech X, kind of

- Added charge bars for charged shots (credit to Wofsauge for the idea, but me for the modding)

- Massive Update!

- ALL characters are now reskinned! (except Eden... but we don't have to mention that...)

- ALL characters now have varied starting items!

- ALL characters' death signatures are textured!

- ALL characters are textured in the selection sheet!

- ALL title cards are textured (there's only one)

- ALL you guys should leave a heart! xD

- Pot is now ACTUALLY fully textured xD

- Rock now starts with Stud Finder instead of Lucky Rock (phew!)

- Made Characters start with items in description

This is the best mod. You actually put time into giving the obstacles stats, and for that, along with the character overhaul, you get a 69,000,000/4.

When AB+ comes out, could you give Polyp an item that makes it shoot in 6 directions always? Or maybe remove the Incubus from Corny Poop because... Sadism?

Yeah, I was thinking about something with Dr. Fetus, but I think all 3 items is a bit much. Maybe I'll lower fire rate, give Dr. Fetus, and maybe Pyromaniac?

With Pyromaniac it is a little too OP because as long as you have some form of explosive, free health. Or turn Judas into another rock and use ??? for the Bomb rock so he can't really heal off it.

Hmm... okay. Try re-installing it, and make sure that the file "costumes2.xml" is in your resources folder.

I had this problem when I started too. I fixed it by right clicking the game on steam, clicking Properties, clicking Local files and then clicking Verify game Cache. It took a while to fix everything (Aka 12 minuets) and BAM! Rock simulator works!

I'd suggest replacing Lucky Rock with Stud Finder, iirc this was the trinket that increases chances of finding a crawl space and that's the only thing you can find from destroying rocks.

wow this mod is very creative and unique. i like it

Tip: Use costumes2.xml to prevent items from overiding the rock-skin. (if you need help i can help you do that)

if it works it is fine but it would be much better if you just set the priority value of your skin to 300. that will cause the skin to not be overriden by anything.

you can only achieve this when you add an item to the player, which grants the stat down. but thats kinda dumb because there is no item which grants only one stat down and nothing more... sorry

I'm thinking the fireplaces for Samson or Eden. Samson could have the red or normal fireplace, while Eden will be chosen random colours like Eden's barber shop.

Owning the game on Steam is no longer required to download mods! All you need to do is login with a Steam account and you're good to go.
