Again, someone in Reddit suggested something interesting:

So, again, why not making it?
Sadly the Isaac-Bloat sprites in the base image were too big and i couldnt placed them correctly, sorry for that
There's a README.txt file in the mod that should guide you in how to install it.
And, by the way, the mod replaces the Brains! challenge, you should notice it because the challenge name looks notoriously different.
