For people wondering what this does, it makes the Keeper start with 99 coins, bombs and keys, a Dice Shard, the Cancer trinket, and a ton of items to nuke rooms the moment you enter.

Go to steam (application Support(MAC)/Roaming(WINDOWS) on your computer and find isaac, put it outside of the package file then close that window and run isaac
