The Buffing of Isaac
Make Everyone A Little Better
This mod buffs every character in a way that reflects them. These buffs were to make everyone more or less equal in power and I'm up to make changes to make a more balanced cast.
Changes:
>Isaac now starts with Isaac's Head and a Dice Shard.
>Magdalene now starts with Maggy's Bow, Maggy's Faith and Roid Rage.
>Cain now starts with PhD, Cain's Other Eye and Abel.
>Judas now starts with Judas' Shadow, Judas' Tongue and a Devil tarot card.
>Blue Baby or ??? now starts with Broken Ankh, ? Card, Fate, Fate's Reward, and ???'s Only Friend.
>Eve now starts with Eve's Bird Foot and Squeezy.
>Samson now starts with Blood Rights, Meat!, and Samson's Lock.
>Azazel now starts with Daemon's Tail, and The Satanic Bible.
>Lazarus now starts with Suicide King, D4, Lazarus' Rags (2x normal revive), and Monkey's Paw.
>Eden now starts with Chaos.
>The Lost now starts with Jesus Juice and Missing Poster
>Lilith now starts with Rainbow Baby, BFFS!, and NO!
>The Keeper now starts with Deep Pockets, Steam Sale, Head of The Keeper, Money = Power, and a 2 of Diamonds.
In the .rar file you will find two files Normal and Key. The Normal folder with the .xml file that just has the basic buffs. The Key folder has am .xml starts every character with both Key Pieces along with all the buffs.

- >Blue Baby or ??? now starts with 2 more blue hearts with Fate's Reward removed

Maggie Starts with The Nail instead of Roid Rage. Maggie should be slow and tanky and The Nail is basically a better version of Yum Heart. Another Idea is giving Maggie Purity but removing the bow, which makes sense because Purity is unlocked by beating Hush as Maggie. Otherwise, great mod
