The Items Are:My Shadow,Cambion Conception,Razor Blade,The Wafer,Empty Vessel,Succubus.
i higly recommend you to play as normal Lility before playing with this as you'll get a better grip of playing as her

Pretty nice mod. Strangely enough Cambion Conception is the only item I need to unlock before having all items in the game unlocked

You should make bosses of the characters, based on Isaac or ???.
