Starts every character with Eden's Blessing. This item causes the next run to start with a random item. So, every run (after the first) will have a slightly randomized start with a different item each time.

This mod requires Afterbirth. Note that Eden's Blessing is also a tears up item, so fire rate will be a little higher with this mod.
