....I got half of that done, at least. I replaced the starting items of various characters and fixed the various ui files to be compatible with Afterbirth. But I'm no artist, so the unmodified chars have unmodified artwork, and no new artwork has been made for the items.
Some bosses have been renamed and I may have shifted an item description or two but this is mostly just a compatibility related update to a mod that got its last update over half a year ago.

Changes:
The Lost is Myon. He starts with two Guardian Angels and the D4.
??? is Yoshika. She starts with the Gnawed Leaf.
Eden is Nue. ....It's freaking Eden, what else do you want?
Stopwatch has been renamed to Luna Dial.
Death Portraits and Main Menu have been given names for the 'new' characters.
Gluttony is now named Rumia.
Envy is now named Asteroids
Lust is now named Koakuma.
Super Lust is now named Starving Koakuma
Super Gluttony is renamed to Yuyuko
The pills "One makes you smaller" and "One makes you bigger" have been renamed to "Mallet [You Grow Bigger]" and "Essence of Kobito".
The "Friends 'Till The End" pill has been renamed to "Wriggle's Favor".
The Curses have been given more Touhou-esque names.
TODO:
- Rename the Curses to be more Touhou related and yet still sound menacing (See the changelog for what I mean)
- Create artwork for Yoshika and the like (Don't hold your breath for this one, I am a terrible artist)

- Added Little Miko, a reskin of Head of the Keeper
- The Grimoire of Alice is back to two charges, if it was accidentally reverted to 6 on the public version.
- The Sun has been turned into a friendly nuclear surprise.
- That "This is a Placeholder" text has been turned into a proper picture for Karakasa.
- The files from Eden's Barbershop have been removed.
- Added new Curse names! I had some others in mind but that paper's too darn small and I dunno how to edit animation files.
- Curse of Rumia, for example, would be Curse of the Darkness Youkai.
- Fixed the crashing caused by the 1/22/2016 update. Cause was the return of "Friends Till The End", now renamed to "Wriggle's Favor", and some new flags on various items.
- I FIXED THE RED BOX PROBLEM YAAAAAAAY! Turns out the sprites needed to be saved in 32 bit.
- Temporary revert to older version until red box problem gets ironed out.
- I FIXED THE ANIMATION BUGS! Characters no longer look like they turned into Missingno upon picking up items.
- EDIT: It seems they now have a red box around them, just like the cards do. That's my next goal: Fixing that red box overlay.
- Added new Title Screen
- Fixed crashing caused by trailing commas.
- Changed The Poop on menu to Gnawed Leaf
- Fixed an error in the description, added new screenshots.
- I'll get to fixing Yoshika's starting item in the HUD next.
