Now there are only a few changes in Graphics
- Moms knife = Master Sword
- Trinity Shield = Hylia Shield
- Smart fly = Navi
- Godhead = Majoras Mask
- Boomerang = Zelda Boomerang

- Hearts looks more like Zelda hearts
- Golden Chests too
- Pills are Some Potions
- The Main menu got a nice look
- Isaac's name changed to Link
- Isaac's model changed
- Some nice Zelda Musik

* I stopped working on this mod a long time ago, I'll maybe start a new versoin some time but this one won't get updated anymore! -Im sorry.*

- Rupees added! :D

- Bombs look like Zelda bombs

- The Mind, Body and Soul are Spiritual Stones

- Ladder and Compass have a new graphic

- A few Graphic changes

Nice! I have a question though, will "the lost" be replaced with navi?

i really do love this mod so far! do you plan on throwing in other playable characters as well or will it be just link? i think zelda would be cool but that is totally up to you!

Working at it its not easy cause a single coin got like 20 single pictures and the size of rupees is difficult to perform in isaac.

The textures look pretty good, but instead of godhead... I'm thinking Link should get Soy Milk. And Cricket's Body.
Maybe even no shield, you could just have that be a more common item or something.
