This graphical mod turns Mom's Knife into Isaac's Favorite Toy, a Swiss Army Knife! It also changes the item name and description!

Note: The spelling for "Isaac's" IS correct in the final mod.

This may be a very odd/stupid question, but how do you make those pixels? I attempt to make those, but when I click (I tried every small size) it makes four other pixels.

I just use Photoshop :T I think GIMP works the same way, though.

I use Pixlr (a online photo editor) or in case of emergencys (aka if internet goes down) I use Paint Tool SAI.

I would recommend GIMP. It's free and I can actually be helpful on how to use it. Lol.

It's a Swiss Army Knife. It's a Multitool.

I know it's a multi tool but I doubt in a fight situation the hex key or the tiny wrench would come in handy,they'd probably get in the way of the knife.
