In this mod, you'll need to earn your items. Items in item rooms, curse rooms, secret rooms, and others now cost money. Each character has a different way to earn money to buy items, so be sure to take advantage of those different strategies to get the most out of your run.

Boss items are still free, as are angel room items and there's always the possibility of getting items from gold and red chests. There are a few other free item pedestals hidden around as well if you can find them. Devil room and black market items still cost hearts rather than money.

FEATURES:
1) Pay for Items - Consider which items are worth the cost, and tailor your run based on your choices.

2) Two Difficulty Modes - Normal and Hard versions of the mod are included, depending on the type of experience you want. Money is a bit harder to come by in the hard version, so be careful what items you buy.

3) No Guarantees - Most places that previously gave a free item now have 2-3 buying options. Often you'll find an item and a consumable, though sometimes you may find two consumables, or even two items for sale.

4) Tweaked Special Rooms - Secret rooms are now a little more valuable as a source of money, and item rooms contain a little money as well. Try to check all special rooms when you can, you may find some surprises. Don't forget to bring money when visiting curse rooms.

INSTALLATION:
Choose either normal or hard, and put the "resources" folder into your Binding of Isaac Rebirth folder. If you change your mind on difficulty, you can just replace the files with the desired difficulty.

If you're unsure about difficulty, I recommend starting with normal and switching to hard if you find it too forgiving.
