Episode 652 (The Dry Baby Challenge)
With 99 Dry Babies to aid you, try to make it to the chest.
"DRY BABY IS THE HERO THAT WE ALL NEED AND DESERVE"
This challenge (which replaces "Purist" in the challenges list) fits your character with 99 BFF Dry Babies. At first, it may seem easy, but as the enemies gain more and more health, you may start to see the difficulty of the challenge. Sadly, some enemies can't trigger dry baby, as they don't shoot. You have two ways around this: Use the Necronomicon (which has a slightly faster charge), or try to face them with your incredibly low-damage, low-range tears.
The furthest I've made it was to Mom.
