Super Abel
The toughest challenge yet

Have you ever thought: "Binding of Isaac: Rebirth isn't optimized for masochists..."? No? Well, neither did I. But that's not the point.
Today I'm here to introduce you to a new challenge I called the Super Abel. You may have guessed partly how it works from the name, but believe me, you probably haven't guessed it all.
In Super Abel, your hero will be someone you wouldn't expect to ever be helping you: Abel. But not a regular Abel.
You start the challenge as Cain with 5 filled red heart containers, BFFS and the aforementioned Super Abel. What's so special about him?
You see. Instead of the power of a single Abel, he has the power of 198 regular Abels or 99 Abels with BFFS. This makes him an incredibly powerful tool.
What's the quirk?
Blindfold.
The whole challenge you can not shoot a single tear out of your own eye. You know what that means, right? Of course you do.
In Super Abel, your primary weapon is the titular familiar. With his power he can kill the aim of the challenge, Isaac, in a few hits. But it's you that controls the familiar. You still take damage. The controls for Super Abel are of course reversed. Press the left arrow key, it shoots right. Press the right arrow key, it shoots left, and so on.
I hope you enjoy this mod. Please note: This mod is not supposed to be used for anything other than just playing the challenge. Super Abel replaces Purist.
In case you were wondering: No luck getting other familiars
Horsemen are replaced with Mega Fatty. Gish is replaced with Peep. Steven is replaced with Gemini. Little Brimstone, Demon Baby etc. are nowhere to be found. There are no items. No Stop Watch, no Red Candle.

- Removed Gimpy from the item pools due to it being an instant win
Bomb bag is a must, to bomb out of rooms that are practically impossible. (One of those is the room in the womb/uterus with a whole bunch of dingles. I had 9 lived, died there, and was forced to complete the rest of the game with 1 heart.) Need health objects to not die, holy mantle/9 lives for sure. Some damage is un-dodgeable since you can't knock-back with your bullets. Be careful with your shooting, since the game has issue registering multiple bullets hitting at once since super able is actually just 99 ables with BFF.
And if you think this is the hardest challenge, I have a friend that's working on a full conversion mod for masochists.
