For some "artistic" decision, Rebirth has a really ugly level transition effect every single time you go down a floor, and when you start one. This mod removes this effect, and once removed, it simply fades in, though you still have to wait a few seconds until you can move again

This mod installs like any other mod, you put the config into your resources file, and everything is fantastic.
