Item Pool-less
Break the game before it even starts.
This mod adds all items to all item pools (With the exception of the Boss Room Pool, which hasn't been changed)
All Special items cost 2 hearts in Devil Rooms.
P.S. I started working on this before Leblarh released his mod "Item Pools Be One" so no hate towards him.

Not bad! Simple idea, but really hard to do.

It's a little easier with the normal boss room pool as with out it it's quite hard to get health upgrades. It was also ALOT easier with special items costing 1 heart in the devil room. =p
