Rotten Devil comes from the mega man universe in the isaac universe, you can find it at the Corpse floor.
While in full form it takes full damage, but takes reduced damage when it splits into pieces
Killing it will make it drop the item Tech, Tech 2 or Tech. 5

- added phase two to the boss
- upgraded the boss to work better
- fixed a bug with all bosses
