Just place the folder inside rar file into "steam/steamapps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/mods"

Description

This mod plays "The Only Thing They Fear Is You" from the DOOM: Eternal Soundtrack if you're playing as T. Samson or using the Berserk item.

Known Issues: If you extend the timer when the ticking part is playing, the music doesn't start again. If anyone knows how to make the game detect the berserk state and play it, please let me know.
