A lot of people know it from the rom hack called "Mario's Mystery Meat". It's full of various references to the Vinesauce youtube group. This song plays in the area after you hit the rewind block in the Will Smith castle and you rewind to... uhhh... become the meat in an area with a weird reversed-gravity mechanic

Anyways the point of this mod is to replace the Cathedral Music with this song. You can kinda consider the TBOI cathedral area cursed so it kinda fits?
