Adds a new fire-based-gameplay character to the game.
This mod adds a new character to the original game : Candice the candle !
> When killing an ennemy with Candice, there's a 1 in 4 chances that it will spawn a fire.
> The closer Candice is to a fire, the more powerful her tears.
> Candice is immune to fires.
She needs balancing, I will keep working on it.
