Meet Belle, a sentient bell with a heart of joy...if they even have a heart. Let's call it a soul of joy.

Belle's Stats (Compared to Base Stats):

• Your starting health is 1 red heart and 1 soul heart.
  
• Range is moderately reduced.
  
• Damage is slightly increased.
  
• Firedelay is slightly longer (You fire tears slower)
  
• Other stats are untouched.

Belle's main attack involved sound waves, of which bounce off of enemies like Rubber Cement

Belle also carries a Bell, as weird as it sounds. This Bell is a 1-room charge that causes a heavy knockback to all enemies and bullets within a radius. You can also find this Bell in the Treasure Room, Greed Mode Treasure Room, and Greed Mode Shop.

Belle, like all my characters with unique heads, have most costumes automatically removed from them to retain the look of the character.
