So ever just had that start with nothing to save it? i have. and i chose to TAKE A STAND! AND MADE THIS MOD (note:these character's items are from my other mod. link: https://moddingofisaac.com/mod/2999/binding-of-tigara ) planned features:adjust things to make more easier starts.
