Itempools: Treasure and devil
Effects:
(Active)
If you have red health, the item takes two hearts away and gives you a random devil deal item
If you have soul health, the item takes three hearts away and gives you a random devil deal item
If you don't have health, then nothing happens

This is really cool! Too bad I don't have a thing that can open .rar files . I hope this gets upgraded to something even better!
