This is a passive item that takes away 1 red heart, 6 soul hearts and 6 black hearts for a lot of damage!
Sadly this item currently isn't in the item pool and is just a "beta" item.
You can use it in the console, by using the command spawn 5.100 (item id, depending on other mods, will be higher than 510) or give item (id)
