Or he gets cat piss on his face and the game becomes psychedelic.

Also, there's an item that instantly kills you, but I can't remember what it's called.

Theres a card. On use it spawns one key, one bomb, one normal chest, one gold chest, one red chest, and item and it kills you instantly. I think.
