The Lost starts with the D100
This lets the Lost start with the D100 instead of the D4
Unpack the zip, then go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources and paste both the players.xml and gfx file in the folder
