No, the mod changed it so that all crawl spaces include treasure room items, including the ones that are not from the item room.

Oh and where do I put the files to install the mod?

If you're on windows you put the rooms folder in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources

I thought Isaac was already a 2d game
