In this mod item rooms are basically useless. The only reason you would go there is if you just didn't know what was waiting in that room. I also changed some of the secret rooms too but they're not as bad. Have fun! Also for some reason when I edited the mod page it wouldn't get rid of the old picture I had for it so that's why I had to delete it and make this one.
