Buffed the Angel Room, All Beggars, and the Boss rush to be better. Shop was slightly modified and Chaos was added to many more itempools. I don't think it's too op, just maybe a bit easier.

Some changes include

* Stopwatch to boss pool
* Money = Power to shop pool
* Black Lotus to many new item pools
* A heavily buffed Angel pool, go check them out!
* Dark Bum for the Devil Beggar pool
* Dollar to secret room
* Special items in some pools that normally wouldn't have them.

* Mind, Body, and Soul added to the shop
* Many more changes, go enjoy!

I do realize many people have done this before, and I think that people have had enough of these, but I decided I'd like to try and make one myself, and impact Isaac just a little bit.
