sorry being inactive! you might have put the resources folder in the wrong place. open up the zip file and drag that resources folder into your rebirth folder, which is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth for windows.

Actually, the music that plays when you fight Sans is Megalovania. This music doesn't play anywhere in Undertale AFAIK
