Black outline for Marked and Epic Fetus
This small mod makes the targets created by Marked and Epic Fetus easier to see by outlining the target in black.
Installation:
Unzip the effects.zip download and place the effects folder in
"C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/resources/gfx"
create the gfx folder if it's not already there
